Freddy Lopez

Director of Operations

Mr. Freddy Lopez serves as the Director of Operations on behalf of Executive Mental Health. Mr. Lopez, a senior executive at EMH, oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, supports the various EMH teams to ensure the quality of and continuity of care for patients, offers dependable support for SNF management, and promotes a thriving, engaging workplace for EMH staff. Moreover, Mr. Lopez spearheads and oversees projects to facilitate company growth and efficiency, including HR policies, guidelines related to sales and marketing, and billing and revenue collection processes.

Prior to joining the EMH team, Mr. Lopez served as a Regional Store Manager for 10 years on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, Inc.. His responsibilities included the management of resources and staff, the development and attainment of sales goals, and the effective delivery of customer service. His achievements at Wells Fargo underlay his recognition as a “Rising Star“ at the Wells Fargo Latino Leadership Summit of 2012.

When Mr. Lopez is not immersed in EMH-based activities during the week, he enjoys being immersed in EMH-based activities during the weekend, traveling, spending time with his family, and breathing a great sigh of relief that his son graduated from high school and is now working and matriculating at college.
